Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Million Profile ("Million Profile", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of millionprofile.comand the services on it (the "Service"). By claiming a spot, making a payment or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Spot: a visual block you claim on the grid that links to your social profile.
• Profile: the name, handle, image, bio, category, location and links you submit for a spot.
• Founder spot: an early spot that carries a permanent Founder badge, subject to availability.
• Feature / boost: a paid, time-limited highlight of an approved profile.
• Category sponsorship: a paid, time-limited banner at the top of a category page.

2. What the Service is

Million Profile is an independent social profile discovery grid. You claim a visual spot, add your image and details, and link to a social profile you own or are authorised to represent. Visitors browse the grid, filter by category and country, and click through to profiles. Million Profile is an independent social profile discovery project. It is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Meta or any other social platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You may only submit a profile that you own or are clearly authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.

4. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of the image, text and links you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Million Profile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and reproduce it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service, including on the grid, in share cards and in marketing of the project. This licence ends when your spot is removed, except for copies retained in backups or required by law.

You confirm that Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights and that you have permission to use any logo, photo or trademark it contains.

5. Claiming, pricing and payment

• Spot packages are monthly subscriptions processed by Stripe. The checkout page shows the monthly price before you subscribe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• A claimed spot remains active while your subscription is active, subject to these Terms, review, moderation and the continued operation of the project. Prices, package sizes and availability may change over time, but a change does not affect the current billing period you have already paid for.
• Cancellation. You may cancel future subscription renewals through Stripe or by contacting us from the checkout email address. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not guarantee a refund for a billing period that has already started.
• Invite codes may make a spot free or discounted. Free and discounted spots are offered at our discretion and may be limited in number or time. We may decline or reverse a claim that misuses a code.
• Features, boosts and sponsorships are time-limited add-ons. Their duration starts when they go live.
• Referrals. Referral rewards (such as featured time or a badge) are granted automatically when conditions are met and have no cash value. We may adjust or withdraw the referral program and may withhold rewards we believe are obtained through fraud or self-dealing.
• Traffic Fund. We may reinvest a share of revenue into advertising and PR for the grid, shown transparently on the Traffic Fund page. This is a best-effort reinvestment and not a promise of any result.

6. Review, approval and publication

Every profile is reviewed by us before it goes live. Review usually takes up to a day but may take longer. We may approve, request changes to, or reject a profile. Approval is not an endorsement of you or Your Content.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit or promote:

• Scams, fraud or fake investment promises
• Gambling or adult content
• Hate speech, harassment, threats or violence
• Follower-selling, engagement or bot services
• Malware, phishing or deceptive links
• Impersonation of a person, brand or Million Profile itself
• Someone else's profile added without their permission
• Anything illegal where you or your audience are located

You also agree not to scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, or to circumvent moderation or payment.

8. Moderation, rejection and removal

We may reject, edit-request, suspend or remove any spot that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably consider harmful, misleading or damaging to the grid, with or without notice. We may act on reports from other users. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: a first subscription charge for a profile rejected during review and never published is refundable; active billing periods for a spot that is live are generally not, and spots removed for a violation are not refundable.

10. No growth or traffic guarantee

We provide visibility and a discovery surface. We do not sell followers, bots or engagement, and we do not guarantee any specific number of visitors, clicks, followers, sales or other results.

11. Third-party platforms and links

The Service links out to third-party platforms and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Million Profile is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, Meta or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe where a profile lives.

12. Our intellectual property

The Million Profile name, brand, design, grid concept, code and content (other than Your Content) belong to us and are protected by law. We grant you no rights in them other than to use the Service as intended.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and our Cookie Policy explains cookies and local storage.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any spot will remain available indefinitely if the project ends.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Million Profile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Million Profile harmless from claims, losses and costs arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to remove your spot. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licence for retained copies, IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first, so please contact us before taking other action.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
